Hi, I’m Sophie and I’m from a background of group fitness, I can give you the tools you need to achieve your desired goals. Hello, I’m Jimmy and I am the assistant fitness manager/personal trainer at Gym64 Kirkcaldy. You may have seen me already on the gym floor, more than likely dodgy dancing while members & clients are being put through their paces, or even heard me miscounting reps 1,2,3,2,4,6. Welcome to Jimmy 😂 I have been through my own body transformation, losing over 44kg by changing my lifestyle, mindset, and behaviours. This journey was what inspired me to study to become a personal trainer. I am driven and passionate about helping people on their own fitness journey. How I can help you achieve your goals: I do not box myself into a certain category of who I offer my services to. Be it fat loss, weight or muscle gain, strength increase and even just general fitness, I am ready to work with you. I can help you have a better understanding of what your fitness needs are as an individual, in line with your own personal goals. Everything will be specific and tailored to you. My own personal journey merged with my education & experience in health and fitness stands me in a great position to help you achieve your goals. Anything is possible with the correct support and structure in place, this is exactly what I provide for you.

Hey hey! I’m Kerrie, I created Limitless Coaching in 2022 following my first year as coach as ‘KerrieGPT’ I chose to re-brand the business because my goal is so much more than being a one man band and solely focusing on taking people through a 1-1 session once per week in the gym, I’ve built a community of people who all strive for success, encourage each other, achieve things they never thought possible and celebrate wins big or small. Having an eating disorder myself is what led me to work in the fitness industry in the beginning so to be able to help others become healthier, happier and focus on their all round physical and mental well being is super important to me and I can truly say I love what I do. I’ll support you throughout your journey as you gain uncompromising confidence across your life, more me-time, control and compassion towards how you look, think and feel, giving you everything you need to make that happen and nothing you don’t. I’m all about having a good time, enjoyment and fulfilment so you’ll never be advised to eat unseasoned chicken and plain rice for 6 weeks in order to look shredded for a short period of time, no quick fixes here at Limitless, let me help you kick-start your journey!

Hi, I’m Gav, I’ve been working in Gym64 Kirkcaldy branch since the day it opened. Over my 26 years as a Personal Trainer, I’ve worked in many gyms around the Fife and Edinburgh areas, I can honestly say Gym64 is the best I’ve worked in by a long way. Gym64 has given me opportunities to develop my business, without them I wouldn’t be where I am today and working here most definitely restored my passion for the fitness industry, just at the right time. I train clients mostly in the Kirkcaldy branch but also do a few hours training in Glenrothes. If you’re interested in coaching then get in touch. I rarely have in-person spaces available but will happily discuss online coaching to guide you towards you goals.

Kevin mackie

Hi, I’m Kevin and I am a Personal Trainer at the Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline branch of Gym64. I recently spent 10 years in the army as a Physical Training Instructor I have a vast amount of coaching experience in all aspects of fitness. Having trained thousands of serving soldiers and also recruits at the Infantry Training Centre, guiding them on their 6month journey from a civilian to fit and robust soldiers. Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose fat, improve endurance or just enjoy coming to the gym and progress on your journey. I am the right coach to help you achieve your goals. Fitness is not only a job to me but it’s my life. I train most days and currently enjoy balancing competing in ultramarathons and doing resistance training for my overall health and wellbeing. Please come and have a chat, I am a big friendly guy who loves getting to know people as individuals and help improve their lives both in and out of the gym
