Who Am I?

Because I have worked in the Fitness Industry for 13 years, I have lots of specialised knowledge in a variety of areas. I can assist clients with weight loss, body fat reduction, toning up and getting fit. I can also help with goal setting and managing weight loss for a specific occasion such as a wedding or holiday. I am skilled at sport specific training, as well as improving overall confidence and increasing muscle mass.
