Group fitness is one of the best ways to get your workout in. Training in a group creates unique, and fun, environment that pushes you to keep going when all you want to do is stop. Our vibrant instructors demonstrate every movement and lead you through every class, teaching and inspiring you while encouraging you to push harder every class.

Are you a beginner to classes? Don’t worry – our classes are structured so you can rest at any minute, or even leave the class if it’s getting too much. Our range of classes is huge so no matter your interest, there is a class for everyone.


Our studios are custom designed to encapsulate you in a thrilling, absorbing environment. Leave your worries at the door – they’ll still be there on your way out.

Our bespoke Les Mills studios, complete with a stage so you can see our instructor clearly from anywhere in the room, also have an amazing lighting and sound setup to blast these cobwebs away while you sweat it out with like-minded members.

Our other studios have a range of fitness equipment that you can freely use as long as a class is not currently using it. Design your own workout using our huge variety of kettlebells and other strength and conditioning equipment, and do it in one of our special studios. Our yoga + pilates studios promote zen-like tranquility to ease the mind while you destress your body.

BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats. A LES MILLS instructor will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits in a good way, burning up to 730 calories and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

BODYPUMP is for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast.

Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 540 calories. Instructors will coach you through the scientifically proven moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

Branded Classes

Gym 64 has a wide range of Branded Classes to cater for everyone.

      Born in the Navy SEALS, Suspension Training bodyweight exercises develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. The TRX system leverages gravity and your own bodyweight to develop control and muscular development. One piece of equipment – hundreds of possibilities!

Created by a former Royal Marine Commando, this very high intensity training approach aims to make you work as hard as possible for 30 minutes, but raise your metabolism so you burn calories for the next 24 hours. Using only your bodyweight, a qualified instructor will lead you through this class, pushing you all the way. It’s tough – that’s why it gets results.

This fitness program was designed with fit people in mind, combining various disciplines with upper and lower body workouts including mixed martial arts, plyometrics, pilates and yoga. P90X focuses on an applied sports science called Muscle Integration, which aims to work several muscle groups at once for maximum results. Although developed for athletic individuals, there are moves available for high and low-intensity training.

Ever find yourself getting a little bored in your gym routine?

Then OUTDOOR BOOTCAMP is for you! Training outdoors with an array of equipment such as battle ropes, sledge, tyres, kegs and much more you can expect to get your hands a little dirty here. Improve your overall strength and endurance while achieving a great aerobic workout all in the space of 45 minutes.

This is a form of body conditioning with resistance and high-intensity stamina exercises. It is designed to be easy to follow and will target strength building as well as muscular endurance. Recovery times are often short, with rapid movement to the next exercise.
STRIKE 64 is another one of Gym 64’s creations; using aspects from many different Martial Arts variations this circuit style class is sure to get you fighting fit. Take HIIT training to the next level at GYM64, With TABATA64, We use HIIT or high-intensity interval training protocols, it is a training technique in which you give all-out, one hundred per cent effort through quick, intense bursts of exercise, followed by short, sometimes active, recovery periods. This type of training gets and keeps your heart rate up and burns more fat in less time.
We incorporate a mixture of abdominal workouts, lunge + squat variations with specific stretching. If you want to get a flat tummy, tone your legs and bum this is a great class that targets said body parts.

Pilates aims to strengthen the body with particular emphasis on whole body strength and flexibility to improve general fitness and wellbeing. Pilates has something to offer people of all ages and levels of ability and fitness, from beginners to elite athletes. Pilates and yoga both develop strength, balance, flexibility, posture and good breathing technique.

Yoga is a group of physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines which originated in ancient India. The main components of yoga are postures (a series of movements designed to increase strength and flexibility) and breathing. Most forms of yoga are not strenuous enough to count towards your 150 minutes of moderate activity, as set out by government guidelines. However, yoga does count as a strengthening exercise and improves balance by strengthening your lower body, in particular your ankles and knees, thereby reducing your chances of falling. People often start yoga in their 70s, and many say they wish they had started sooner, and you do not have to be fit or flexible to get started.
