Hi, I’m Kevin and I am a Personal Trainer at the Kirkcaldy and Dunfermline branch of Gym64. I recently spent 10 years in the army as a Physical Training Instructor I have a vast amount of coaching experience in all aspects of fitness. Having trained thousands of serving soldiers and also recruits at the Infantry Training Centre, guiding them on their 6month journey from a civilian to fit and robust soldiers. Whether your goal is to build muscle, lose fat, improve endurance or just enjoy coming to the gym and progress on your journey. I am the right coach to help you achieve your goals. Fitness is not only a job to me but it’s my life. I train most days and currently enjoy balancing competing in ultramarathons and doing resistance training for my overall health and wellbeing. Please come and have a chat, I am a big friendly guy who loves getting to know people as individuals and help improve their lives both in and out of the gym

Hi, I’m Cieron and I’m a personal trainer at Gym64 Dunfermline, but you’ll probably know me as ‘Limitless Coaching’ I have a great amount of experience in all aspects when it comes to training in the gym, be it physical or mental health. I started right from the bottom and worked hard to get where I am today, from being riddled with anxiety or ‘gym-phobia’ to now being in a position to help many people overcome the same struggles I have had. I run Limitless Coaching along side my fiancé Kerrie, who is based in Gym64 Glenrothes. Together we have created a fantastic community of people who are all at different stages in their gym-life, yet never hesitate to help and encourage each other towards that goal of theirs. Whether it’s a marathon you’re wanting to run, a PB in deadlifting or even just help and guidance with your first steps into fitness, you’ll fit right in with the team. Hi, I’m Laura – I have been working in the fitness industry for over 9 years now, but I have always had a passion for fitness! Over the years and through my own battles, mentally and physically, I have built on my knowledge looking to better help others change their mindsets and their bodies. How can I help you achieve you goals: I love helping people achieve their goals while helping to build on their confidence and knowledge in the gym environment itself and outwith! I can help with weight loss, building strength, toning up, and looking at nutrition/macro breakdowns. Most importantly, I strive to help you feel comfortable and confident in your own skin!! Proudest achievement: Running a 12K to raise money for Multiple Sclerosis Society UK!
