From competing in national competitions in the 400 meter sprint, high jump and the relays I have discovered a very competitive side of myself. I love to push myself to break my limits and love to push others around me to perform to the best of their ability. Qualifying as a level three personal trainer has allowed me to work in the field I love with people I can guide to be the best version they can. Studying fitness, health and nutrition at university is giving me ever expanding knowledge of the fitness industry for me to put into practice as a coach. Being qualified as a yoga and boxing instructor gives me a range of knowledge many other trainers dont have alongside the ability to build a varied training plan to reach any of your goals.
