ABOUT ME
I’ve been in the industry for over 7 years! I started out in architecture, but then found a bigger passion for fitness.
Over the years I have gained many qualifications and experience from working with many different professionals. I have a focus on physio referral, mobility and injury rehab, aswell as strength and weight loss. Movement is always the best medicine!
In my previous job I worked my way up into management, but in joining Gym64 I’m excited to focus on classes and personal training!

Proudest achievement-
Illustrating a children’s book on fire safety and autism awareness, in conjunction with Fife fire service and Scottish Autism and being distributed in schools across fife!

A good ol’ Deadlift (any varient)

Cheat Meal
I believe food is to be enjoyed, my favourite is Pizza and I allow for it as much as I can 😍
