ABOUT ME
At 15 years old, 6ft3 and weighing less than 12 stone, I didn’t like how I looked, that’s when my passion for sport and nutrition started. When I turned 19 years old I went through tough times struggling with injuries which affected my mental health and body image. I gained weight, topping out at 24 stone.

That’s when I realised something had to change! Through fitness and nutrition, I greatly improved my mental health becoming my best, strongest and healthiest version. As a coach, my aim is to help you be the best version of yourself – health, fitness and wellbeing as well as smashing your goals!
