Went from being the kid that always had a note so I didn’t have to take part in P.E. at school to realising my love for fitness after attending my first BodyCombat class. I remember how terrified I was in my first class so my main focus is in making sure clients feel comfortable in the gym and in my classes. Always aiming to ensure people leave my sessions happier than when they arrived.

Anything I can sing along or shimmy to – Mainly some 90s cheese!!
I don’t agree with term “cheat meals” as it can create a negative relationship with food.
Pizza or burger is my fave though!
