You can have a health MOT and Training Program tailored to your needs every 6 weeks. The MOT is used to help monitor your health by checking weight, body fat, blood pressure, BMI and strength all compiled in a handy report emailed to you after.
Your FREE Training Program can be updated every 6 weeks and involves one of our fully qualified Fitness Instructors creating a training program suited to your fitness levels and goals. Your trainer will demonstrate all of the equipment on your program. You will receive an email after your appointment with your completed training plan containing pictures of all of the equipment used, how many reps and sets you should do and how you can progress from this.
