About Me
Part of the reason for becoming a personal trainer was that I have personally struggled with my weight for years and wanted to do something about it.  I was able to lose just over 4 stone through lockdown due to all the help and support I was given from the gym I attended and Personal Trainers there.  Due to this it inspired me to want to help others in the same situation, as I know more than most the struggles that people can encounter.  So much so that have done my level 3 qualification and I am also currently doing a degree in Sport & Fitness.

Losing just over 4 stone, but also gaining my level 3 qualification.
