LES MILLS BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS, the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetitions, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout. It will burn up to 500 Calories in our 45 minute formats. Our motivational instructors will coach you through the scientifically-backed moves and techniques pumping out encouragement, motivation and great music – helping you achieve much more than on your own! You’ll leave the class feeling challenged and motivated, ready to come back for more.

LES MILLS BODYCOMBAT 

Step into a BODYCOMBAT workout and you’ll punch and kick your way to fitness, burning up to 600 Calories along the way. This high-energy martial-arts inspired workout is totally non-contact and there are no complex moves to master.

One of our LES MILLS instructors will challenge you to up the intensity and motivate you to make the most of every round. You’ll release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

BODYATTACK is a high-energy fitness class with moves that cater for total beginners to total addicts. We combine athletic movements like running, lunging and jumping with strength exercises such as push-ups and squats to help you burn toward 550 calories per class.

Our LES MILLS instructors will pump out energizing tunes and lead you through the workout – challenging your limits whilst whooping and cheering and leaving you with a sense of achievement.

LES MILLS GRIT Strength

LES MILLS GRIT Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbells, weight plates and bodyweight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

LES MILLS GRIT Strength takes cutting-edge HIIT and combines it with powerful music and inspirational coaches who will be down on the floor with you, motivating you to go harder to get fit, fast. Burning up to 350 calories per half hour class – The burn doesn’t stop there though. This style of class will boost your metabolism meaning that you burn calories at a much higher rate AFTER the workout!
