    Hi I’m Kerrie and I’ve recently qualified as a personal trainer and I’m very excited to start out in the fitness industry! I’ve always had a passion for health and fitness, from running to swimming, football and dancing I’ve grown up doing it all Fitness and the gym has had a huge impact on my life, especially in recent years, my personal experiences through battling an eating disorder for years are what lead me to working in this industry, exercise has helped me mentally and physically, through strength training and support from the people around me and I’d love to help anybody else who is struggling whether it be weight loss, gain, strength or sports specific training I love group exercise and 1-1 training, whatever your goals are I’m here to help you become the best version of you – personal trainer
