Michelle Stevens

    I am qualified in HNC/D Fitness, Health and Exercise, I am a level 2 Fitness/Gym Instructor and a Level 3 Personal Trainer. I have achieved several additional qualifications including Metafit, Kettlebells, Indoor Group Cycle, TRX, Pre and Post Natal Exercise and Exercise and Physical Activity for Children. I also gained my National Pool Lifeguard Qualification in March 2018. In May 2018 I travelled to Sweden where I shadowed two different Personal Trainers to gain as much knowledge and experience as possible.
    I have always been interested in Fitness and Health and since giving up my career in Customer Services to have my little boy I went back to College to retrain and have now found my passion.
    I am dedicated to helping people achieve their goals. As a trainer I can specialise in Strength and Conditioning, Olympic Lifting, Core Strength and Posture, Flexibility and Nutritional Analysis
