The Trip is an indoor cycling workout that takes you on a journey through digitally created worlds. This workout takes motivation and energy output to the next level!

BODYBALANCE

Combining yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates this class will strengthen your entire body leaving you feeling calm and centred. Great class if you want to work on flexibility!

Formats – 30 minute, 45 minute, 60 minute

CORE

CORE is a 30 minute core workout to build a stronger body. Instructors on screen will guide you through correct technique as you work with resistance tubes and weight plates, as well as body weight exercise such as crunches, and hovers. You will also strengthen into the glutes, hips and back.

RPM

RPM is a indoor cycling class where you control the intensity. With great music you will be taken on a journey of hill climbs, sprints and flat riding. This workout has great energy, fun and low impact.

SHBAM

A fun-loving, insanely addictive dance workout. All you need is a playful attitude and a cheeky smile to power through.

BODYPUMP

BODYPUMP is the original barbell class. In this workout you’ll focus on muscular endurance working the full body. Instructors will coach you through each movement and technique so you can get the best out the workout.

BODYCOMBAT

Power your way to total fitness with this martial arts inspired workout. You will punch and kick your way through the class releasing stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

BARRE

A 30 minute workout designed to shape and tone postural muscles, build strength and free your inner dancer.

Equipment – plates depending on release
Format – 30 minutes

GRIT

This programme comes in 3 formats, cardio, strength, and athletic. All formats are a HIIT workout designed to get you fit fast.

Equipment:
Grit cardio – body weight
Grit strength – barbell, plates
Grit athletic – step, plates (Sometimes a barbell depending on release)

SPRINT

A 30 minute high intensity interval training indoor cycling workout. It’s a short intense style of training where the thrill and motivation comes from pushing your physical and mental limits.
