Before I Join

Thinking about joining us at Fife’s No1 Gym? Brilliant, we can’t wait to welcome you to Gym64.

Am I tied into a contract?

We do not tie anyone into a contract! What we do is take payment upfront for both your first and your last month. Thereafter you roll on a direct debit and should you ever wish to cancel then it is a full calendar months’ notice on or before your direct debit order date.

How old do I have to be to join the gym?

You have to be age 11+ but attending high school! This has to be proven by showing us a My Fife Card for proof of age and attendance.

Can I come see the gym before I join?

Of course you can, you can turn up at anytime within our opening hours and a member of staff will be able to show you around the club.

Can I use the gym and attend classes without a membership?

Yes you can! You have the choice of buying a single session pass, an all day pass, a week pass or a one month pass. You can get access to our gym, classes, sauna and steam rooms! All passes can be purchased at any of our branch receptions.

How do I sign up?

Signing up to a membership with Gym64 is easy, memberships can be created online on our memberships page, pick your membership, fill in the form then our team will do the rest or you can head directly to your closest branch in Dunfermline, Kirkcaldy or Glenrothes and sign up there, no appointment required!

Yes we have a Corporate Membership tier, you can read more about the Scheme on our Corporate page. Our Silver Membership includes selected businesses and members of the community such as over 60s – if you’d like your business added you can complete the form on our corporate page to enquire.

Do I need to attend an induction before I train?

It is not mandatory to get an induction before you start but we do highly suggest you do if you are not 100% comfortable or used to the equipment we have in our gym. After an induction you will then know how to use all equipment safely and effectively, understand proper techniques and set your foundation for a successful fitness journey.
